My practice is a combination of fee-for-service and Insurance Company remittances, including Medicare.

If I am not on your specific insurance plan, your insurance company may allow an out-of-network psychologist. If so, I would be happy to provide you with a statement that may allow you to seek reimbursement. I am also quite willing to discuss my fees with you. I will consider sliding scale fees based on individual circumstances.
